What every plan enforces

Questions recruiters actually ask
What counts as a brief?
One brief is one candidate matched against one job description, including every section regeneration you run on it. Editing, re-reviewing, and exporting an existing brief never counts again.
What happens if we go over our monthly allowance?
You will see a clear message that you have reached your monthly allowance. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time from your account page — the switch is instant and prorated to the day. If you are on the Firm plan and need a custom volume, get in touch and we will size it with you.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You get the complete tool — all nine sections, source attribution, regeneration, and export — so you can run real résumés from your own desk through it before you are charged. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Is our candidate data used to train AI models?
No. Résumés and job descriptions you upload are used to produce your briefs and nothing else. They are not used to train models and are not shared with other customers.
Does this replace our applicant tracking system?
No, and it is not trying to. BriefAssist does one job — turning résumés and job descriptions into review-ready client briefs — and is priced as a focused tool rather than a full tracking system.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are month to month. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
